About
Welcome — I’m Sarah, a Remedial Massage Therapist offering personalised treatments from my calm and welcoming home clinic in Caloundra West on the Sunshine Coast.
My work focuses on supporting women and clients who are seeking relief from muscular tension and pain, recovery from training, pregnancy-related discomfort, nervous system overwhelm, lymphatic support, or simply space to slow down and deeply relax.
I blend remedial techniques with a slower, nervous-system aware approach to massage. Sessions may include deep tissue work, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, or gentle restorative touch depending on what your body needs that day.
Because I work from a small home clinic, your session is never rushed. Each treatment is tailored to you — offering time to slow down, release tension and reconnect with a sense of ease in a safe, professional and supportive environment.

Sarah truly has a gift for knowing what the body needs.
